What are your cancellation and amendment policy?
Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior (unless advised otherwise at the time of booking) to arrival and this applies to individual bookings. Reservations amendments will be subject to availability of any change made on the booking, either by dates or room types.
What form of payments do Park Regis and Leisure Inn accept?
Payment in Cash and or Bank Deposit. All Credit Cards are accepted and payments by credit cards incurs a service merchant bank fee.
How do I make a reservation for large groups?
All enquiries for groups are quoted based on availability and must be placed in writing addressed to groupcityquays@parkregishotels.com.
Is there any booking fee or deposit when booking online?
A credit card guarantee is required to hold all bookings placed online with the Hotel website. All payments are processed 48hours prior to arrival unless specified otherwise.
How do I book on a flexible rate/corporate rate?

The Extra Bed charge is at $50.00 per night inclusive of GST and a Baby Cot is available at $20.00 per night inclusive of GST.
